- A one night service and processing fee equivalent to the
reserved room rate will apply if the cancellation notice is received
after the booking is completed, and credit card authorization has
been confirmed.
- Rates will be charged equivalent to the publish US $ rate in the
local currency at the exchange rate of the day your credit card is
processed.
- Credit card honored : American Express, Master Card and Visa
Card. A 3.5% additional bank fee will apply to all credit card
processing
- Partial or full prepayment may be required for some
reservations.
- Child Policy : a maximum of 1 (one) child 10 years of age and
under is accepted free of charge if sharing a room with 2 (two)
adults without an extra bed and meals.
- Check In Time is 02.00 pm. Check Out Time is 12.00 noon. Day Use
is up to 06.00 pm, 50% of the standard rate will apply and is
subject to availability. If room is held after 06.00 pm, the
standard rate will apply.
- Ad-hoc group (Incentive and Conference/Meeting) rates are
available upon request and are subject to specific requirements.
- Cancellation Policies & Charges
Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail, with as much
notice as possible. Penalty fees may apply.
- Cancellation Charges On All
Reservations
-On all confirmed reservations, 20% of the total amount will be
lost.
